摘要
目的:研究女性TRACP、CTX-1、BACP、BGP与BMD的相关关系。方法:采用美国贝克曼公司全自动化学发光免疫分析仪、美国Thermo公司酶标免疫分析仪检测TRACP、CTX-1、BACP、BGP,采用美国Osteometer Medi公司生产的DTX-200型骨密度仪检测BMD。将488例受试者检测结果按5岁为一年龄段分组,应用SPSS3.0分析软件进行统计分析。结果:TRACP、CTX-1与BMD负相关;50~64岁年龄段女性BACP、BGP明显升高,与BMD负相关,65岁以后开始下降。结论:TRACP、CTX-1、BACP、BGP是监测骨量变化及骨质疏松早期诊断的重要骨代谢指标。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRACP),collagen C terminal peptide-Ι(CTX-1),bone specific alkaline phosphatase(BACP),bone gla protein(BGP) levels and bone mineral density(BMD).Methods:The levels of TRACP,CTX-1,BACP and BGP were detected by automatic chemical luminescence immune analyzer and enzyme-labeled immune analyzer;and DTX-200-type bone mineral density detector was used to detect BMD;488 objects were divided into several groups according to the standard of 5-year-old age as a group,SPSS 3.0 software was applied for statistical analysis.Results:There was negative correlation between TRACP,CTX-1 and BMD;the levels of BACP and BGP increased significantly in women aged 50~64 years old,which were negatively correlated with BMD,and the levels began to decline in wome above 65 years old.Conclusion:TRACP,CTX-1,BACP and BGP are important bone metabolism indicators for monitoring the changes of bone mass and early diagnosis of osteoporosis.
