多分蘖水稻突变体植株性状分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过中子辐射诱变处理早籼保持系红矮B种子,在F2中分离到1株极多分蘖突变体,命名为370FB。与红矮B相比,该突变体自交F3-F7代植株表现为极多分蘖,分蘖数超过200个/株,矮秆,株高45 cm,仅为红矮B的1/2,孤雌生殖。突变体与不育系红矮A的杂交结果显示,该突变表型为隐性突变。 The seeds of indica rice variety Hongai B were treated with neutron,from F2 population of which a high tillering mutant was obtained,named as 370FB.The self-crossing F3-F7 progenies showed that the mutant had more than 200 tillers per plant,and was 45cm high(about 1/2 of Hongai B) and parthenogenetic.The mutant 370FB was a recessive mutant after being crossed with Hongai A.
