国内外不同卷烟糖碱比、糖氮比、氮碱比的差异分析

Difference Analysis of the Ratio of Sugar and Nicotine,Sugar and Nitrogen,Nitrogen and Nicotine in Different Cigarettes

为了探索国内外卷烟中糖碱比、糖氮比、氮碱比的差异,采用流动分析法,测定了国内外112个卷烟样品中水溶性糖、总氮、总植物碱含量,并对糖碱比、糖氮比、氮碱比平均值进行了统计分析。结果表明,国内卷烟糖碱比、糖氮比显著高于国外卷烟,而氮碱比显著低于国外卷烟。不同类型卷烟中,糖碱比、糖氮比、氮碱比存在差异。国内烤烟型的糖碱比、糖氮比显著高于国内混合型、国外烤烟型和国外混合型;国外烤烟型和国外混合型的氮碱比显著高于国内混合型,但后者显著高于国内烤烟型。国内不同价位(分为4类)烤烟型卷烟的糖碱比、糖氮比、氮碱比有一定差异。一类烟的糖碱比、糖氮比显著高于其他3类,四类烟最低。氮碱比顺序则完全相反。

In order to identify the differences of the ratios of sugar and nicotine,sugar and nitrogen,nitrogen and nicotine in domestic and imported cigarette brands,The water soluble sugars,total nitrogen and total alkaloid of 112 domestic and foreign cigarette samples were determined by continuous flow method,and the ratios of sugar and nicotine,sugar and nitrogen,nitrogen and nicotine were analyzed.The results showed that the average ratios of sugar and nicotine,sugar and nitrogen in domestic cigarettes were significantly higher than those of foreign cigarettes.The average ratios of nitrogen and nicotine in domestic cigarettes were significantly lower than that of foreign cigarettes.The differences of the average ratios of sugar and nicotine,sugar and nitrogen,nitrogen and nicotine among types were significantly different at 5% level.The orders of ratios of sugar and nicotine,sugar and nitrogen were domestic flue-cured cigarettesforeign flue-cured cigarettes、domestic and foreign blended cigarettes;The order of ratio of nitrogen and nicotine was foreign flue-cured and blended cigarettesdomestic blended cigarettesdomestic flue-cured cigarettes.The differences of the average ratios of sugar and nicotine,sugar and nitrogen,nitrogen and nicotine in domestic flue-cured cigarettes among grades were significantly different at 5% level.The average ratio of sugar and nicotine in grade one of domestic flue-cured cigarettes was the highest;The average ratio of sugar and nicotine,sugar and nitrogen in grade one of domestic flue-cured cigarettes was the highest,and that of grade four was the lowest;The average ratio of nitrogen and nicotine in grade four of domestic flue-cured cigarettes was the highest,and that of grade one was the lowest.
