资源型城市产业转型中金融支持低碳经济发展效用研究

Research on Low-carbon Economy Development and Financial Support Effectiveness in Industrial Transformation Process in Resources-based City

伴随经济的发展,资源型城市依赖资源及原材料初加工产品价格上升与产能扩张支撑经济增长的风险逐步加大,转变产业结构和经济发展方式、提高经济发展质量和效益迫在眉睫。低碳经济作为经济社会发展与生态环境保护双赢的一种经济发展模式,其发展特征和目的为产业结构转型升级提供了一条新的有效途径,而在此过程中,金融的作用不可忽视。本文论述了资源型城市产业转型中低碳经济发展和金融的支持效用,并在此基础上提出了金融支持城市低碳发展的路径选择。

The risk that economy growth relies on rise in price of resources and raw material products and production capacity expansion in resources-based city steps up in development.It is urgent to transform industrial structure and growth mode to improve the quality and efficiency of the economy.As a win-win solution to development and ecological environment protection,low-carbon economy provides a new effective way for industrial transformation and upgrading.The role of finance cannot be neglected in this process.This article discusses the development of the low-carbon economy and the effectiveness of financial support to industrial transformation in resources-based city,and proposes route selection of financial support for low-carbon development of the city.
