表观弥散系数对脑梗死分期的指导意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨表观弥散系数(ADC)值与脑梗死分期相关性。方法搜集150例经临床诊断并经MR证实的脑梗死病例,根据发病时间分为3组:急性期组(发病时间<2d),亚急性期组(发病时间2~14d),慢性期组(发病时间>14d)。采用磁共振弥散加权成像测定3组病例ADC值。结果急性期组、亚急性期组和慢性期组ADC值分别为0.44±0.10、0.52±0.10和0.81±0.15,3组ADC值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死各期ADC值与临床分期存在相关性,ADC值随梗死时间延长而增大。
