摘要
针对重庆天然气净化总厂装置检维修施工作业安全管理中存在的问题,利用工作安全分析对检维修作业活动进行了危害识别与评价。根据识别与评价的结果,探讨了如何利用本质安全方法对这些风险进行管理和控制,并提出了有效的控制措施。
Aimed at the problems in the equipment inspection and maintenance of Chongqing natural gas purification plant general,the risk analysis and control measures are applied by using job safety analysis method.Based on the risk analysis and evaluation result,the risk management and control methods are discussed by using Essential Safety Method and the effective control measures are proposed to avoid or reduce the accident frequency in inspection and maintenance.
