运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,在调查分析高职院校学生体育锻炼习惯现状的基础上,探讨影响高职院校学生体育锻炼习惯形成的因素问题,并提出了加速学生形成体育锻炼习惯的对策,为高职院校体育教育改革提供依据.

The article uses the research methods of documentation,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,on the basis of diagnosing the status of vocational institute students＇ physical exercise habits,studying the factors of affecting the physical exercise habits of university students,and putting forward the countermeasure of speeding up developing the physical exercise habits of students,providing the valuable reference information to the reform of physical education in high school.
