随着社会信息化的推进,在公共场所安放视频监控器材成为一种普遍做法,由此也产生了与公民隐私权之间的冲突。文章认为,应采取相应的措施,以恰当地保护公民的隐私权,尤其是在公开场所对于图像的采集和利用,应当遵循一定的法律原则,建立和完善一定的法律规制和严密的技术规范。

With the advancement of the society turns into information,it becomes a kind of prevalent deportments to set monitors at public,thereby it engendered conflicts within the citizens＇ privacy.Withal,it has to adopt accordant methods,and properly protect their privacy,especially conform to a certain law principle and improve the law regulation and technological standardization for collecting and using the pictures of monitor at public.
