女性不孕症患者血清性激素测定的应用价值

Application of Serum Sex Hormone Determination on Infertility Female

目的:探讨血清性激素变化在女性不孕症中的价值。方法:对50例女性不孕症患者进行血清性激素六项〔黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、泌乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)〕测定,分析激素水平对不孕症的影响。结果:不孕症组与对照组比较,LH、FSH、PRL差异有高度显著性(P<0.01),E2、T、P差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:血清性激素水平的变化与女性不孕症的关系密切,可为临床判断不孕症的病因、诊断和治疗提供可靠的依据。

Objective： To investigate the value of the changes of serum sex hormones in female infertility.Methods： 50 cases of female infertility were taken as research subjects and six kinds of serum sex hormones（LH,FSH,prolactin,estradiol,testosterone,progesterone）were determined respectively.Then the value of the changes of serum sex hormones in female infertilitywas analyzed.Results： Compared with the control group,the differences of LH（luteinizing hormone）,FSH（follicle stimulating hormone）,PRL（PRL）in infertility group were significant（P0.01）,while the E2（estradiol）,T（testosterone）,P（progesterone）were no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： Serum sex hormone levels in female infertility have close relation to infertility and can provide reliable basis on diagnosis and treatment of female infertility.
