Teaching and Practice of Evidence Technology Experiment in Law Schools

为适应当代社会对法律职业型人才的要求和需要,西南政法大学以证据技术实验教学中心为平台,依据对事实认识综合能力的培养来构建实验教学体系,确定了实验教学"培养学生证据技术综合能力、培养学生思辨综合能力"的教学目的,在各专业分层次、分模块地开展证据技术实验教学,在高等法学院校培养高素质法律人才领域进行了独特的探索与实践。

To meet the need of high quality legal graduates of modern society,the Experiment Teaching Center of Evidence Technology was founded in Southwest University of Political Science Law.On this platform,an experimental teaching system was constructed based on the comprehensive ability of understanding of the facts.The teaching objective-＂developing integrated capabilities of using various evidence,developing comprehensive ability of thought and argument＂has been confirmed.Teaching has been carried out according to each specialty and module.All exploration and practice is aiming at culturing high-quality law talents.
