摘要
目的:测定比较蒺藜不同采收期果实与茎叶中总皂苷含量,以确定不同部位的最佳采收期和地上全草入药的可能性。方法:采用分光光度法,以菝葜皂苷元为对照品,检测波长为310 nm,测定总皂苷含量。结果:蒺藜茎叶总皂苷含量在7月份最高,果实总皂苷含量在10月份最高,地上全草总皂苷含量7月份最高。结论:从总皂苷的角度,蒺藜茎叶或全草7月份采收为宜,果实10份采收为宜,同时表明蒺藜全草入药的可行性。
Objective:To determine saponin contents of different parts of Tribulus terrestris L.growing at different time,and so as to determine the best harvesting time and the possibility of the aerial parts for clinical use.Method:The absorption of the sample solution was measured at 310 nm and the saponin contents were calculated against sarsasapogenin by spectrophotometry.Result:From July to October the total saponin reaches the highest amount in July for stems and leaves,October for fruits and July for aerial whole parts.Conclusion:From the point of view of total sapoin contents,from July to October the stems and leaves or aerial parts of T.terrestris should be harvested in July while fruits in October.Furthermore,the feasibility of the aerial parts of T.terrestris for clinical use is also manifested.
