摘要
目的:探讨醒胰降糖灵对实验性糖尿病大鼠血糖及免疫功能的影响。方法:采用高热量饲料加小剂量ip链脲佐菌素(STZ),并连续sc甲状腺素诱发实验性糖尿病大鼠模型,分别予二甲双胍及醒胰降糖灵进行干预,观测用药后大鼠体重及胸腺和脾脏指数、血糖、胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数及血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-4(IL-4)的含量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血清TNF-α的含量显著升高(P<0.01),IL-4的含量显著下降(P<0.01);与模型组比较,醒胰降糖灵治疗组可显著降低血清TNF-α水平(P<0.01),提高IL-4水平(P<0.01)。结论:醒胰降糖灵可通过下调Th1型细胞因子(TNF-α)并上调Th2型细胞因子(IL-4)的含量平衡机体的免疫功能。
Objective:To explore the effects of Xingyi Jiangtang Ling on blood glucose and immunologic function in diabetic rats.Method: The model of diabetic rat was established by subabdominal injection with streptozotocin 65 mg.kg-1 and then concomitant hypodemic injection with thyroxine,once a day,from 1th to 7th day.After treated with Xingyi Jiangtang ling for 60 days,the content of TNF-α,IL-4 in the serum of all experimental rats was detected.Result: Compared to normal group,the content of TNF-α in serum of diabetic rats was significantly increased(P〈0.01).that of IL-4 was significantly declined.However,the content of TNF-α of treated group was significantly declined,compared with model group(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Xingyi Jiangtang Ling can protect immunologic function to β cell in the pancreas by declining TNF-α and increasing of IL-4.It may be one of the mechanisms for antagonizing diabetes.
