摘要
以含有造纸黑液的氧化铝生料浆为研究对象,在不同黑液种类、不同黑液添加量条件下进行熟料煅烧试验的研究。试验结果表明:添加造纸黑液用于氧化铝熟料煅烧技术上是可行的,造纸黑液完全能够替代生料煤用于氧化铝生产中,这为实施化学制浆-氧化铝联产提供了理论依据。
Taking the alumina raw slurry with paper making black solution as the subject of study,the test of clinker calcination is carried out under different kinds of black solution and different additions of black solution.The results show that it is advisable that paper making black solution is used in calcination of alumina clinker.The paper making black solution may completely substitute the raw coal in the production of alumina,which provides a theory basis for chemical slurry and alumina production.
