刚玉质泡沫陶瓷过滤器的研制 被引量:1

摘要 采用有机泡沫浸渍法制备了刚玉质泡沫陶瓷过滤器,研究了氧化锆、二氧化硅微粉、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、有机泡沫材料的处理及浸渍挂浆对刚玉质陶瓷材料的影响。通过合理的加工工艺,制备出刚玉质陶瓷过滤器。结果表明:当氧化锆含量为8%、聚乙烯醇0.4%~0.6%、二氧化硅微粉3%时,材料的耐压强度3.5MPa,抗折强度1.8MPa,气孔率85%,抗热震性6次,性能指标满足要求。 The polymeric sponge impregnation process are adopted in developing the corundum foam ceramic filter.The influence of additive content,ZrO2content,uf-SiO2 content,PVA content,disposing of polymeric sponge and impregnating were investigated.After establishing reasonable proportions and processes,the corundum foam ceramic filter were developed.The results indicated that the corundum foam ceramic filter has cold crusing strength of 3.5 Mpa,cold bending strength of 1.8 Mpa,porosity 85 % and thermal shock resistance 6 times when containing 8% ZrO2,3% uf-SiO2 and 0.4%~0.6% PVA,It can satisfy the requirement of the Properties.
