摘要
铝电解槽异型阴极技术,是在阴极表面人工制成不同形状的凹凸槽结构,使铝电解生产熔池的形状发生改变,有效地减缓铝液的流动,从而使电解一系列技术条件得以转变。同时相应改变筑炉技术,在能够保证电解槽平稳高效运行的前提下大幅降低槽电压,使铝电解生产电耗大大降低。
Abnormal cathode of reduction cell means artificial concave and convex chamfer are made on the surface of cathode to change the shape of reduction cell cave,effectively slowing the flow of liquid metal in the cell and changing a series of technical conditions.At the same time,the construction technology of cell is changed accordingly,greatly reducing the voltage of cell and the power consumption of aluminium production.
