The influence of added filtering area on the specific consumption of fluoride salt in reduction production

电解烟气净化系统的过滤风速对整个净化系统的正常运行有着重大影响。根据中铝连城分公司200kA烟气净化系统改造运行情况,结合电解生产工艺技术条件分析,通过采取增加除尘器过滤面积、降低系统过滤风速、增加电解槽烟管出口压力、提高集气效果等,降低了氟化盐单耗。

The wind velocity of filtering in fume scrubbing system has an important influence on the normal operation of the scrubbing system.Based on the running of 200kA reduction operation＇s scrubbing system and the combined technical conditions in reduction process,the specific consumption of fluoride salt is decreased when the measures are taken such as added filtering area,lower wind velocity of filter,increased pressure at the outlet of fume duct in reduction cell.
