摘要
以沈阳铝镁设计研究院研制开发的铝电解槽控系统为基础,通过对槽控系统通讯介质的分析讨论,说明光纤作为上位机房和车间内槽控系统间的通讯载体,可完全实现快速稳定的通讯,并能完全屏蔽其他电信号和防止设备通过通讯线路接地,为槽控系统的通讯问题提供较好的解决方案。
Based on the pot-controlling system developed by SAMI,through analysis and discussion of communication media inside the system,this article demonstrates that optical fiber as communication media between upper computer and pot-controller could realize fast and stable communication,could fully shield other electric signal and avoid connecting to ground via communication line so as to provide better solution for communication inside pot-controlling system.
