SWOT analytical method is an effective method to understand influencing factors of talents of intellectual property.This paper is based on the status of talents of intellectual property in Jiangsu and made a complete analysis covered advantages,shortcomings,opportunities and challenges,which provides the theoretical and empirical foundation to draw the development policy for talents of intellectual property in Jiangsu and enhance the training of talents of intellectual property.
