After ten years'international debt adjustment,the debt burden for Africa is still heavy.For a long time,the international development assistance has played an active role in promoting African economic growth and the international private capital has become an important motive power in recent years.Affected by the international financial crisis,the flow of international capital is weakened and private capital becomes less active.The situation of finance in Africa becomes stern and Africa development in debt will go further.
