中华倒刺鲃仔稚鱼期消化酶及碱性磷酸酶活性变化的研究 被引量:13

摘要 试验选取了中华倒刺鲃(Spinibarbus snensis)从初孵仔鱼到30日龄稚鱼,分析测定了中华倒刺鲃的特定生长率(SGR)、胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶和碱性磷酸酶的活性。结果表明,在整个试验期间,中华倒刺鲃的SGR为26.43%/d。在初孵仔鱼体内就能检测到胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶和碱性磷酸酶的活性。胰蛋白酶在内源营养阶段具有较高的活性,在4日龄开口时,其比活力降到较低值,随后呈现增加的趋势,在18日龄达到最低值后又缓慢增加。淀粉酶在试验期间表现出较高的活性,比活力一直呈增加的趋势。脂肪酶在18日龄前其比活力一直增加,并且在7~18日龄表现出较高的比活力水平,18日龄后快速下降。碱性磷酸酶活性则呈现出一直增加的趋势。 SGR, the activities of some digestive enzymes and alkaline phosphatase were studied in Spinibarbus snensis larvae and juveniles during the first month after hatchery. The results of experiment were as follows: SGR of Spinibarbus snensis was 26.43% during the experiment. The activities of trypsin, amylase, lipase and alkaline phosphatase were identified after hatching. From day 1 to day 3, the activities of trypsin were high levels. Then followed by a increase after day 4. On the 18^th day, the specific activities reached the minimum point, then, the activities increased with the increase of age. The activities of amylase increased with the increase of age, and the activities were higher levels. The specific activities of lipase increased before 18^th. Then followed by a sharp decreased. The activities of alkaline phosphatase increased with the increase of age.
