摘要
木霉是重要的植物病害生物防治菌,抗生性代谢产物在生物防治中的作用至关重要。从代谢途径、化学结构、生物活性等方面阐述了木霉产生的抗生性次级代谢产物,并提出了今后可能的发展方向。
Trichoderma species have long been studied as biological control agents of phytopathogens and are characterised by their ability to produce a wide range of secondary metabolites with diverse biological actions,especially antifungal activity.Structural and biological studies of the metabolites isolated from Trichoderma species are reviewed.The secondary metabolism of the genera is dominated by compounds derived from the polyketide pathway and from elaboration of amino acid metabolism,but sesquiterpenes and sterol-derived metabolites are also represented.The research advancement in future are proposed.
