50%吡嘧·二氯喹可湿性粉剂高效液相色谱分析 被引量:3

Determination of Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl·Quinclorac 50% WP by HPLC

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈溶液为流动相,使用以SHIMADZU VP-ODS为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外吸收检测器,在238nm波长下对试样中的吡嘧磺隆和二氯喹啉酸进行分离和定量分析。在选定的色谱条件下,有效成分及未知物能得到有效分离,并能获得较好的检测结果。测得吡嘧磺隆、二氯喹啉酸的线性相关系数均为0.9999,标准偏差分别为0.046、0.163,变异系数分别为1.462%、0.342%,回收率分别为98.20%~101.68%、98.13%~101.87%。 A method for separation and quantitative analysis of pyrazosulfuron-ethyl and quinclorac 50% WP by HPLC with acetonitrile and water as mobil phase,SHIMADZU VP-ODS column and UVD at 238 nm wavelength was described.The results showed that the linear correlation coeff icient for pyrazosulfuron-ethyl and quinclorac were all 0.9999,the standard deviation were 0.046 and 0.163,the variation coefficient were 1.462 and 0.342%,the recovery were 98.20101.68% and 98.13-101.87%.
