摘要
应用Sprague Dawley(以下简称SD)大鼠对90%代森锰原药进行了90d饲喂毒性试验研究。试验设计1个对照组及3个剂量组,分别为0、300、900、2700mg/kg饲料,每组20只动物,雌雄动物各10只。试验结果表明:经饲料给予90%代森锰原药900mg/kg饲料则可引起受试动物食欲降低、体质量增长抑制毒性反应。经给予90%代森锰原药2700mg/kg饲料不但引起受试动物食欲降低、体质量增长受抑制,还引起受试动物双后肢麻痹。根据试验结果,在实验条件下,90%代森锰原药对SD大鼠90d喂饲给药最大无作用剂量:雄性(24.2±1.7)mg/kg体质量/day,雌性(24.9±1.5)mg/kg体质量/day。
The maneb was administered to both male and female rats(SD) at dietary concentrations of 0,300,900 and 2700 mg/kg for 90 days.Body weight gain and feed consumption significantly decreased in both male and female rats at 900 and 2700 mg/kg dietary level,when compared to the control group.Paralysis on bind legs in both male and female rats was observed at 2700 mg/kg dietary level.Base on these findings,the maximal no-effect dose of maneb 90% can generally be predicted,male:less than(24.2±1.7) mg/kg b.w./day;female:less than(24.9±1.5)mg/kg b.w./day.
