摘要
为了给有机杏园害虫防治提供理论依据,选取2种有机农药在杏园内进行了防治黄斑长翅卷叶蛾和桃粉大尾蚜的药效试验,并分别测定其室内毒力。结果表明:制剂用量0.6%氧苦·内酯AS12mg/L和5%天然除虫菊素EC100mg/L防治桃粉大尾蚜效果均较好,施药后7d的校正防效分别为99%和100%;0.6%氧苦·内酯AS12mg/L防治黄斑长翅卷叶蛾幼虫药后7d防效达到93.75%,明显好于5%天然除虫菊素EC100mg/L。采用夹毒叶片法测定了0.6%氧苦·内酯AS和5%天然除虫菊素EC对黄斑长翅卷叶蛾幼虫的毒力,其LC50值分别为5.7886、80.6836mg/L;浸渍法测定了0.6%氧苦·内酯AS和5%天然除虫菊素EC对桃粉大尾蚜的毒力,其LC50值分别为9.5384、33.6851mg/L。在实际应用中建议使用0.6%氧苦·内酯AS进行防治。
In order to give organic apricot garden pest control provides theory basis,choose two types organic pesticide to control Acleris fimbriana Thunbeng and Hyalopterus amygdali Blanchard in apricot orchard.And determination the toxicity used leaf residual method and slide-dip method respectively.The results of control H.amygdali Blanchard in field trial showed that natural pyrethrum 5% EC 100 mg/L and kingbo 0.6% AS 12 mg/L were all quick and persistent.After 7 days control effect had been achieve 99 and 100%,respectively.A.fimbriana Thunbeng control trial showed that kingbo 0.6% AS mass concentration 12 mg/L control effect achieve 93.75% after treatment 7 days.It's obviously had better than natural pyrethrum 5% EC mass concentration 100 mg/L.The toxicity determined by slide-dip method of H.amygdali Blanchard showed that natural pyrethrum 5% EC and kingbo 0.6% AS LC50 were 33.6851 and 9.5384 mg/L.The toxicity determined by leaf residual method of A.fimbriana Thunbeng showed that natural pyrethrum 5% EC and kingbo 0.6% AS LC50 were 80.6836 and 5.7886 mg/L.In practical application,kingbo 0.6% AS was better.
