摘要
《食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB2763-2005)具体规定的农药残留限量指标数量至今尚无统一结论。但在实际使用过程中,往往会涉及到残留指标的覆盖面的问题。因此根据《食品中农药最大残留限量》中的食品分类,对标准中的残留限量指标进行了梳理,得出一新的观点,标准中残留限量指标应为1816项,仅供相关部门参考。
There haven＇t be a uniform conclusion about the quantities of the pesticide residue indices of the standard of Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides in Food provides,which caused many problems in the normal application.This paper arranges the pesticide residue indices by the food category which is in the standard of Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides in Food,and reaches a new conclusion that the quantities of the pesticide residue indices the standard covered is 1816,and gives some advice to the government and enterprise.
