基于小波的电火花铣削加工间隙信号去噪效果比较

摘要 根据电火花铣削加工间隙信号特点,选择了合适的基小波进行去噪处理,并比较了一维平稳小波、小波模极大与小波包在同一组信号去噪效果的优劣;对比研究了同一小波函数支集长短与去噪效果之间的关系,探讨了利用小波进行信号去噪的进一步发展方向。 According to the characteristics of ED-milling gap signal for non-conductive engineering ceramics, the suitable basic wavelet was chose to de-noise. The method of de-noising include stationary wavelet transform (SWT), wavelet modulus maximum (WMM), and wavelet packet. The results of de-nosing for the same sample were compared. The relationship between the wavelet support and the de-noising result was investigated. The development trend of wavelet de-noising application was discussed.
