摘要
应用CFD软件对数控电解加工的球形阴极电解加工流场进行了仿真。根据计算机仿真结果,结合工艺试验,指导阴极内部流场的优化设计,初步实现了工具阴极的计算机辅助设计与分析。
The fluid field of spherical cathode used in electrochemical machining was simulated by the software of computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Based on the results of the simulation and the experiments, the optimization design of the internal fluid field was carried out. The computer-aided design and analysis of cathode is implemented.
