摘要
电火花加工子午线轮胎活络模具花纹块,需向机床输入工具电极加工位置的分度表数据。双节距花纹块需4种类型的工具电极,每种类型工具电极的分度表数据并不是连续的,实际生产时测量这些数据工作量大且易出错。针对这一现状,对双节距花纹块电火花加工分度表花纹节距排列规律进行了分析,并在此基础上建立了其数学模型,为后续分度表软件的实现奠定了基础。
Radial tire segmented mould segments EDM need to enter the indexing table data which represent the tool electrode machining position to the machine, double pitch segments need four types of tool electrode, each type of tool electrode indexing table data is not continuous, in the actual production process ,measuring these data is a heavy workload and error-prone. This article has carried on the analysis to the double pitch segments EDM indexing table pattern pitch arrangement rule, based on this and has established its mathematical model, the establishment laid the foundation for the fol- lowing indexing table software.
