转Bt棉与常规棉受中黑盲蝽危害后生理代谢指标的变化 被引量:9

Changes in physiological index of transgenic and non-transgenic Bt cotton infested by Adelphocoris suturalis Jakovlev (Hemiptera: Mirida)

摘要 以常规棉苏棉9号及转Bt棉鲁棉研15、中棉所29为材料,采用生物化学方法分析了受中黑盲蝽危害后各品种棉株内生理指标的变化。结果表明:对照组棉株体内各代谢指标随着自身生长发育有一定程度的变化,但处理组棉株各生理指标波动幅度较对照组更大。受害后,叶绿素的增长率明显下降,蛋白质与可溶性糖含量均呈下降趋势,且处理组棉株下降率较对照组更显著;处理组游离脯氨酸增长率分别比对照组高4.56%、25.26%和3.99%;保护酶活性变化差异较大,与对照组相比,苏棉9号3种酶活性均下降,鲁棉研15仅CAT酶活性明显增强,而中棉所29POD酶活性呈增长趋势。表明:常规棉与转Bt棉对中黑盲蝽的耐性与补偿能力并未形成明显差异。 Physiological index of transgenic and non-transgenic Bt cotton infested by Adelphocoris suturalis was studied. The results showed that all tested physiological index changed during the experiment,but the index of treated plants changed greately compared with those of the check plants. The growth rate of chlorophyll decreased magnificantly when the host plants were injured. Both protein and soluble sugar contents decreased,furthermore the rate of decline was higher than that in the control. The growth rate of proline content about transgenic and non-transgenic Bt cotton increased by 4. 56% ,25. 26% and 3. 99% respectively,compared with the control. The three protective enzymes activities of transgenic and non-transgenic Bt cotton all decreased,except for CAT activities of Lumianyan15 and POD activities of Chinese Cotton Research Institute 29 ( CCRI29) . Tests showed that Bt cotton and non-Bt cotton in tolerance and compensation ability to A. suturalis were not significantly different.
