摘要
目的:研究葛根芩连配方颗粒提取的优化工艺。方法:分别以葛根、黄芩及黄连的有效成分葛根素、黄芩苷及盐酸小檗碱为指标,用正交试验设计法对葛根芩连配方颗粒的提取工艺进行优化。结果:葛根芩连配方颗粒的最佳工艺为:葛根、黄芩和甘草3药合煎,黄连单煎;葛根、黄芩和甘草3药合煎的提取工艺为加水量第1煎10倍,第2煎8倍;提取1.5 h;提取2次。黄连单煎的提取工艺为加水量第1煎12倍,第2煎10倍;提取1.5 h;提取2次。结论:葛根、黄芩和甘草3药合煎,黄连单煎后各成分的提取率较高,保证了葛根芩连配方颗粒的质量。
Objective:To study the optimal technics of the extraction of Gegen Qinlian dispensing granule.Method:Taking puerarin,baicalin and berberine as the index,a method of orthogonal experimental design was ap-plied to optimizing the technics of extraction.Result:The optimal extraction technology of Gegen Qinlian dispensing granule was to extract Radix Puerariae Lobatae,Radix Scutellariae,and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Praeparata cum Melle together and to extract Rhizoma Coptidis alone.Radix Puerariae Lobatae,Radix Scutellariae,and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Praeparata cum Melle were weighed in proportion,and were extracted for 1.5 h twice with 10 times and 8 times water,respectively.Rhizoma Coptidis was weighed and extracted for 1.5 h twice with 12 times and 10 times water,respectively.Conclusion:The extraction of the active components of puerarin,baicalin and berberine from Gegen Qinlian dispensing granule was satisfactory.
