摘要
介绍了可磨削7种花型的多花型玻璃磨削装置。该玻璃磨削装置的控制电路由S7-200PLC及其接口电路和PW S1711人机界面组成。PLC完成各种开关量、磨轮旋转角度和磨轮进给等信号的检测,参数计算以及输出控制等功能;人机界面实现对玻璃磨削装置进行实时监视和参数设置等功能。重点对磨削花型的工艺、控制电路组成、磨削花型的PLC和人机界面软件设计等进行了分析。该玻璃磨削装置具有磨削花型多、磨削精度高等优点。
The design of the glass grinder with seven kinds of flower types is discussed.The control circuit is made up of S7-200PLC and HMI PWS1711.The PLC completes the functions of collecting all kinds of switch signals,rotated angle of milling wheel and measurement of milling wheel,as well as the parameter calculation and output control etc.Several menus are designed in human-machine interface(HMI)with some functions such as the real-time monitoring and the parameter setting for grinding glass.The grinding process,the control circuit,the grinding pattern of PLC,and the HMI software design are analyzed.The glass grinder has advantages of high grinding precision and multi-type of grinding.
