摘要
在五年的实践探索中,浙江省台州医院先后共实施临床路径病例管理1万余例,涉及70多个病种。本文通过对单纯性胆总管结石ERCP取石术临床路径实施后各项费用指标的分析,阐述临床路径对单病种费用管理的经济学影响。
In the past five years, Taizhou hospital of Zhejiang province has implemented case management by applying clinical pathway more than 10,000, involving more than 70 diseases. Based on the analysis on expenses index about simple choledocholithiasis dealed with ERCP, the article expounds the economic effect of clinical pathway on the case-based payment method.
