重庆市健康人群血清总蛋白、白蛋白及A/G比值的调查

Study investigate the reference ranges of serum total protein albumin and A/G ratio among the health people in Chongqing

目的调查重庆市健康人群血清总蛋白、白蛋白及白蛋白与球蛋白比值(A/G比值)的参考范围。方法选择10岁以上肝肾功能、血脂、血尿常规各项检测指标正常,血压、B超、心电图、X光透视心肺正常的体检人员8927例,对其血清总蛋白、白蛋白、A/G值分性别和年龄段进行统计分析,以(x±2s)确定其参考范围。结果男、女性总蛋白无明显差异,参考范围66.8～84.5g/L,10～30岁的总蛋白明显高于大于30岁的总蛋白(P<0.05);白蛋白、A/G值男性略高于女性,10～30岁的人群比其他年龄高(P<0.05),参考范围分别是41.4～52.5g/L、1.23～2.07,随年龄的增长而逐渐下降。结论总蛋白、白蛋白、A/G值的参考范围不能照搬,因各地区的生活习惯、饮食结构不一样,应建立适合本地区的正常参考范围值。

Objective To study investigate the reference ranges of serum total protein,albumin as well as the ratio of albumin and globulin（A/G ratio）among the health people in Chongqing. Methods Randomly selected 8927 persons,aged more than 10 years old,were invited to participate in this investigation. These people were all with normal liver and kidney function,well-balanced blood fat and blood ＆ urine routine,as well as health blood pressure, B ultrasonic, ECG and sturdy heart and lung on X-ray. Statistic and analyses on their serum total protein, albumin as well as the A/G ratio in different gender and age to figure out the reference ranges through x＋2s. Results The total proteins showed non-significant difference men and women（the reference range was 66.8-84.5 g/L） ,while they showed significant differences between people aged 10 to 20 years old and older than 20years（p〈0. 05）. The albumin and A/G ratio revealed that men were relatively higher than women,while people aged between 10 and 30 years old have higher range than people of other ages. The reference ranges of albumin and A/G were respectively 41.4-52.5 g/L and 1.23 -2.07,which will decrease gradually with age growth. Conclusion The reference ranges of total protein,albumin and A/G ratio are flexible. Appropriate normal reference range values should be established in accordance with the living habits and diet structures of the local regions.
