N末端B型脑钠肽原的临床应用现状及其检验的注意事项 被引量：4

摘要 N末端B型脑钠肽原(NT-ProBNP)是由心脏肌细胞分泌的目前认为无生理活性的一种肽类激素。但是它却是诊断心衰及其分级的一种金标准,并且对呼吸困难的鉴别具有良好的应用价值。在临床检验中一些问题也应特别注意,以便为临床提供准确可靠的实验结果。
