摘要
机动指挥所的效能评估，采用层次分析（AHP）与模糊数学相结合的方法，建立多层次机动指挥所的评价指标体系，借助标度比较确定各评价指标的权重，通过专家评判，量化机动指挥所的生存效能，为提高机动指挥所生存能力提供理论参考。
The evaluation for the mobile command headquarters efficiency, by using a method which unifies analytic hierarchy （AHP） and the fuzzy mathematics, builds the multi-level appraisal target system of the mobile command headquarters, with the aid of comparing the ratio during the targets, scales the weight for each appraisal target, and through the experts＂ evaluation, estimates the mobile command headquarters survival efficiency, so it can provide the theory reference to boost the mobile command headquarters survivability.
