摘要
设计完成了一种动态配料称重控制系统,可在进料中对料斗内物料进行称量。针对动态称重中出现的瞬时流量大、流量不均匀、物料下落冲击、电磁干扰、时间滞后等问题,采用了PCI高速采样、数据滤波、下料速度控制,设置预留量等手段,达到了一定的动态称重精度,满足了生产实际的需要。
A dynamic weighing control system has been designed and accomplished. Several methods have been adopted such as PCI high-speed sampling, data filtering, feed speed controlling, setting reservation, according to the problems of instantaneous flow, uneven flow, material impact, electromagnetic interference and time delay. The resuhs show that the solution is correct and capable, which meet the practical needs.
