摘要
空心微珠是20世纪70年代发展起来的一种新型材料,综合性能优异,应用前景广阔。本文较详细的介绍了几种具有代表性的传统空心微珠(粉煤灰空心微珠、空心玻璃微珠、空心碳微珠)的制备方法、性能特点与实际研究应用现状;此外,本文还特别介绍了一种基于自蔓延高温合成技术制备新型空心陶瓷微珠的新方法,并对其制备出的空心陶瓷微珠的吸波性能做了简要阐述;最后对三种传统空心微珠的在研究中存在的问题以及今后的发展方向提出了建议。
The hollow microsphere is a kind of new materials developed in the seventies of 20 century.Its comprehensive performance is excellent and has a bright future.This article introduces the performance,preparation and practical applications of some representative hollow microspheres in detail include fly ash hollow microspheres,hollow glass microspheres and hollow carbon microspheres.Besides it also recommend a high-temperature synthetic technology on the basis of SHS to prepare new hollow ceramic microspheres and especially explained its wave-absorbed performance briefly.At last the problems and foreground of hollow microspheres were indicated.
