摘要 本文研究出了用铝土矿选尾矿制备低温陶瓷泡沫材料工艺条件。探讨了尾矿活化条件、矿物组成、激发剂用量、水胶比、胶骨比的影响机理。分析了材料的矿物组成和微观结构。制备出了以尾矿为胶凝材料主原料、煤渣为骨料、铝粉为发泡剂的新型高强轻质泡沫复合材料。其抗压强度10.78MPa、密度0.94g/cm3、平均孔径2~5mm。 The technological conditions of producing low-temperature ceramic and foam material prepared with tailing of flotation bauxite were studied in this paper.The activation condition of tailing,mineral composition,the amount of exciting agent,proportion of water and colloid,the influence mechanism of the proportion of colloid and aggregate were also discussed.The mineral composition and micro-structure were analysised.The new foam composite material of high-strength and light weight have been prepared with tailing of flotation bauxite as the key material,slag as aggregate and aluminum as vesicant.Its compressive strength is 10.78 MPa,the density is 0.94 g/cm3,and the average pore diameter of the material is 2-5 mm.
