摘要
本文采用正交试验法L16(43)设计方案,选取水浴温度、压力、蒙脱石初始含水率为考察因素,以蒙脱石的膨胀倍数为指标,通过极差分析建立了蒙脱石最大膨胀倍数与工艺参数的关系,应用XRD测试膨胀后蒙脱石晶胞中d(001)变化规律。分析表明,蒙脱石在温度80℃,压力7MPa,含水量为5%时产生最大膨胀,其中温度对蒙脱石晶胞d(001)变化的影响最显著,膨胀幅度最大。
The characteristics of hydration expansion was studied for montmorillonite(MMT),bought from Sichuan.The result show that the greatest swell quantity would occur when heated MMT to 80 ℃ by water bath,initial water content 5% and pressure of 7 MPa.The temperature was a significant factor resulted in its expansion.The change of its crystal and micromorphology revealed the swell feature of MMT at the same time.The method used in this experimental were orthogonal design of L16(43),XRD and SEM.
