水泥生产质量控制对水泥与外加剂适应性的影响

Effect of the Control of Cement Quality on Adaptability of the Cement and Additives

本文结合水泥生产过程和施工中遇到的问题,讨论了水泥生产中质量控制对水泥与外加剂适应性的影响,包括水泥的碱含量、熟料的f-CaO含量、混合材种类、粉磨细度、水泥温度及新鲜度、石膏的种类及掺量、粉磨工艺等因素,并提出了解决适应性的途径。

The encountered problems in the production and construction are presented in this paper.On the basis of the above,the factors are summarized,including alkali content,f-CaO of clinker,composite material species and content,grinding fineness,cement temperature and freshness,additive species and property,chemical constituent of clinker,gypsum species and content,grinding process,stability of technical parameter,and so on,which play an important role in assuring the quality of cement during the production.Then,the effect of the factors on adaptability of the cement and additives is discussed in details.An efficient way is also proposed to solve the adaptability of cement and additive,based on the experimental results.
