柱形件差温加热过程中温度场的数值模拟

摘要 基于差温加热过程中导热过程的微分分析和单值性条件分析,建立了辐射换热条件下柱形件差温加热过程的数学模型,对其温度场的变化规律进行了计算机模拟分析。结果表明:计算机模拟计算值与试验实测值能够较好吻合,研究成果可为圆柱形铸锻件差温加热工艺相应工艺参数的设定提供了参考依据。 Based on the differential analysis and single condition analysis of thermal conductivity during differential heating process,a mathematical model on the theoretical calculation about temperature field of differential heating cylindrical workpieces under radiant condition was set up.The variation characteristics about temperature field were studied by computer simulating calculation.It was found that the simulation result accorded with the actual differential heating process.The research is helpful for the optimal setting of differential heating process parameters of cylindrica workpieces.
