面对高职学生就业的需要,通过"创新产品比赛和实践应用",开展"教师联企业,学生练专长"的主动学习与实践创新的探索,实现了理论教学和实践教学的有效结合,正常教育与创新教育的结合。本文详细地阐述了课外创新实践人才培养的思想和实例,介绍了自主性"面-线-点"人才成才培养模式。通过实训、参赛实践环节,强化学习小组建设,激发拔尖型的群体创新人才培养模式的活力。

With the need of higher vocational students＇ employment,through the ＂innovative products competition and practice＂,teachers joint with enterprises,and students practice specialty.This active learning and practice of exploration combines theory teaching and practice teaching,and also normal education and innovation education.This paper describes the ideas and examples of extracurricular practice of talent training,and deals with the ＂plain-line-point＂ talent training mode.Through training and competing practice,we can strengthen the study group,and excite groups of top-notch-type model of training creative vitality.
