摘要
针对一段串联加氢裂化工艺,进行了新型化工原料型加氢裂化催化剂的研发工作.200mL固定床加氢评价结果表明:以大庆VGO为原料,在控制原料(〉177℃)馏分油转化率为63%的转化率条件下,加氢裂化轻石脑油(〈65℃)收率为15.1%,可作为乙烯裂解原料或清洁汽油调和组分;重石脑油(65~177℃)收率为48.3%,芳潜为49%,是优质的催化重整原料;柴油(177~320℃)硫含量低于15ug/g,芳烃含量低于5%,可作为清洁柴油调和组分;尾油(〉320℃)收率为11.1%,BMCI值为5,是优质乙烯裂解原料.2000h的活性稳定性试验表明,研制的催化剂具有良好的活性稳定性,能够满足工业装置长周期运行的要求.
A novel hydrocracking catalyst was developed for producing chemical materials with reactors in series process. Evaluation of catalytic performance of the hydrocracking catalyst was carried out on a 200 mL fixed-bed hydrogenation unit. The results showed that under the 63% conversion of feedstock distillate ( 〉 177℃) using Daqing VGO as feedstocks, the yield of light naphtha ( 〈65℃) was 15.1% , which can be cracking raw material for ethylene production or blending components of clean gasoline; the yield of heavy naphtha (65 - 177℃ ) was 48.3% with potential aromaties of 49% , which can be high quality cracking raw material for ethylene; diesel oil (177-320 ℃ ) whose sulfur content is less than 15ug/g and aromatics content is less than 5Ф% ,which can be blending components of clean diesel ; the yield of tail oil ( 〉 320℃ ) was 11.1% with low BMCI value of 5, which can be cracking raw material for ethylene production. 2 000 h of activity and stability tests show that the developed catalyst has good activity and stability, which can meet long-term operation of plant requirements.
