MoO_3/SiO_2催化合成乙酸正丁酯

摘要 采用等体积浸渍法制备了MoO3/SiO2负载型催化剂,并用于催化乙酸与正丁醇的酯化反应。考察了反应条件对乙酸转化率的影响。结果表明,适宜的反应条件为反应时间3h、原料醇酸比为4:1、催化剂用量为1.0g,乙酸的转化率为95%左右,乙酸正丁酯的选择性为100%,催化剂可重复使用。 MoO3/SiO2 catalyst was prepared by equivalent-volumetic impregnation method,and was used as catalyst to synthesize n-butyl acetate from acetic acid and butanol.The results showed that the optional reaction conditions were as follows:molar ratio of butanol and acetic acid 4:1,reaction time 3h,catalyst amount 1.0g.The conversion rate of acetic acid could reach 95%,the selectivity of n-butyl acetate was 100%,The catalyst can be reused directly for 5 times.
