摘要 为探讨重离子束(12C6+)治疗皮肤癌的临床疗效及不良反应,对12例患者(志愿者)进行了重离子治疗临床研究。采用100MeV/u重离子束能量,RBE(Relative biologic effectiveness)值2.5-3.0,放疗剂量60-70GyE,单次剂量2.5-5.41Gy,1f/d,连续6-7d的治疗模式。根据治疗后3个月肿瘤大小变化评价近期疗效,由放射治疗肿瘤组(RTOG)按照急性放射损伤分级标准判断急性损伤。随访3月后发现,10位患者局部肿瘤达到完全缓解(CR),2例部分缓解(PR),局部肿瘤靶区仅有1-2级皮肤反应外,均未见其它放疗副反应。研究结果提示,重离子束治疗皮肤癌疗效好,无明显不良反应,显著缩短治疗时间,安全性高。 To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of skin cancer treated with heavy ion beams(12↑C^6+), 12 patients (volunteers) accepted the clinical therapy.The heavy ion beam energy was 100 MeV/u, RBE (Relative biologic effectiveness) value was 2.5-3.0, and radiation absorbed dose was 60-70 GyE for 6-7 d with 2.5-5.41 Gy/d.Clinical efficacy was valuated by tumor fashion in 3 months after treatment and acute adverse reactions judged by radiation therapy oncology group based on criteria of acute radiation injury.12 patients were followed up for 3 months and detected.Among them 10 patients were completely remitted (CR) and 2 partly remitted (PR).No adverse reaction appeared except that grade 1-2 skin side-effect was observed.It is suggested that heavy ion beams are effective and safe treatment rays to skin cancer.It can shorten treatment time markedly and has no serious adverse reactions.
