利用AHP方法分析影响集群企业发展因子的应用研究——以新疆吐鲁番葡萄产业为例

Analysis on Factors Influencing the Development of Cluster Enterprises Using AHP,Taking Grape Industry in Turpan as a Case

文章利用在吐鲁番二县一市进行的葡萄集群企业发展影响因子问卷调查得到的数据,采用层次分析法(简称AHP方法)对集群企业发展的影响因子进行了实证分析,建立了多层次的因子综合评价指标体系,构建了覆盖4个方面、9个层次,包含30个具体因子的产业集群影响因子评价量表。实证结果表明,吐鲁番葡萄产业集群影响因子的指标依重要性排序为:市场状况因素>政府调控因素>集群企业因素>社会环境因素。该项结果以期为当地各级政府制定更加有效的促进集群企业发展的政策提供支撑和参考。

Based on questionnaire survey data on factors influencing the development of grape industry in two counties and one city in Turpan City, factors influencing the development of cluster enterprises were analyzed using Analytical Hierarchy Process （abbreviated AHP） method. Index system for comprehensive evaluation of multi-level factor was set up. Industrial clusters impact evaluating table, which covers four aspects, 9 levels and 30 specific factors, was constructed. The results showed that factors affected Turpan grape industry cluster could be arranged according to their importance as follows： marketing factors 〉 government controlling factors 〉 cluster enterprises factors 〉 social environmental factors. The results could provide support and reference for local governments at all levels in making policies to effectively promote the development of cluster enterprises.
