摘要
文章介绍了地市级农业科研单位人才队伍建设现状和近年来在人才引进培养使用方面的一些主要做法,如面向全国高等院校引进适合本地区现代农业发展急需的人才,对引进的人才采取指方向、给资金、下任务、压担子、走出去、参与高校大院大所研究项目等方式进行培养,同时营造人才发展环境,打破论资排辈使用人才的惯性等,并提出了今后要充分利用本地区的优惠政策,采取科学的措施,制定灵活的机制,吸引人才落户,潜心研究,促进科研持续强劲发展。
Current situation of construction of talents term in city agricultural research units and methods for introducing, training and use of talents in recent years were informed in the paper. Talents who were needed urgently by development of local modem agriculture were introdue ed from universities across the country. These talents were trained by such means as pointing developing direction, supplying funds, giving tasks, loading, getting out and participating research projects in university, etc. Environment was made favor to the development of talents and the seniority use of personnel broke down. It was pointed out that favorable policies should be made and scientific measures should be taken to develop a flexible mechanism for attracting talents to settle on, keep on research, promote strong and sustainable development of research.
