在中央提出用5年时间选聘10万名高校毕业生到农村基层任职政策实施以来,"大学生村官"受到社会各界的广泛关注。高校作为"大学生村官"最重要的培养基地,面临着人才培养新任务的挑战。如何培养社会主义新农村建设需要的合格"大学生村官",成为当前亟待解决的新课题。
