“大学生村官”创业存在的问题与对策

The Research of Problems and Countermeasures for University Student Village Officials' Entrepreneurship

大学生担任"村官"的做法,为农村培养输送了宝贵的人才,加快了农村致富的步伐,推动了城乡统筹协调发展。但"大学生村官"创业依然处在探索阶段,不少问题亟待解决。笔者深入基层实地调查,分析"大学生村官"创业过程中面临的问题,并提出解决问题的对策和建议,希望能为政府部门制定"大学生村官"创业的相关鼓励政策提供参考。

College graduates taking up the job of running villages bring valuable talents in the countryside, speed the pace of village to shake off poverty and become prosperous, propel coordination developments of city and countryside. There are plenty of problems to solve, because of the exploration stage of village official＇s entrepreneurship. The authors analyze the problems that the village officals confront, and offer proposals and countermeasures through the investigating and surveying in the grass roots, in order to give references for government to formulate the relative encouragement policies for village official＇s entrepreneurship.
