碳化钨涂层失效原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过磨粒磨损试验对热处理前后WC涂层耐磨性能的变化进行评价,用扫描电镜观察分析磨损后涂层的表面状态,并利用X射线和Almen试片分析WC涂层应力状态的变化。结果表明:经过500℃×2h退火热处理后,WC涂层的压应力减小,从而使得裂纹容易在涂层内部扩展,磨损过程中涂层易形成块状脱落,耐磨性能与热处理前相比有明显降低。
